 For 6 weeks Justin headed to Maxwell AFB in Montgomery Alabama to attend AMS or officer training. It was a long 6 weeks for both of us but luckily for me, my mom and sister Chelsea came up to visit for a week of it. This fall both girls are going to preschool on base three afternoons a week.  It is heavenly for sure and has allowed me to work out a lot which is really nice as I am able to do things now physically that I couldn't ever before.  Here are the cuties:

Macy was not in the mood to pose so here is the other skirt we made during her nap. I couldn't get Kylie to put the oven mit down but I think it adds a nice touch :). Last Thursday we left on a whim to go spend the weekend in Fairbanks/ North Pole with Randy's family. We had a great time but my favorite part was that on the drive up (we didn't get in until after 2 a.m.) I finally got to see the Northern Lights- and not just she greeenish haze, I got to see ribbons with purple and red in it too, it was amazing. Here is a better Camera case that I made. I really love this one, it turned out much better. Plus here is a preview of Macy's patchwork dress and also a quilt I started last night. I have 3 quilt blocks done and I realized I only have enough for four more but I definitely need at least 6 more so i guess I will have to buy another charm pack. Sad, but I guess there is now way around it. Anyone
